Will be billed to the club after the event.\n\nAWARDS:\n• Under 11 Race – 1st 3 to finish male and female\, 1st male and female teams.\n• Young Males and Young Females Relays – 1st 3 Teams male and female\, fastest laps U13\, U15 and U17 male and female.\n• Senior/U20/Veteran Relay – 1st 3 Teams Male and Female\, fastest laps by a Senior\, U20 and Veteran Man and Woman. For the purposes of this competition Veterans are aged 40 or over on the day of the race.\n\nNotes:\n• The Under 11 Boys and Girls Race will be run as an individual race (with the positions of the first three individual athletes from each Club being added to determine the winning team).\n\n• The format of the Young Males and Young Female Relays will be as follows:\n\n1st lap U13 runner\, 2nd lap U13 or U15 runner\, 3rd lap U13\, U15 or U17 runner.\n\n• In relay events all competitors must compete in the declared order.\n\n• Individual runners may be entered for any relay race in which there are insufficient numbers to make up a team. The first runner in an incomplete team must start on the first lap.\n\n• Composite and mixed teams are permitted but these will not be eligible for any awards.
