Are you ready to test your winter training at the 12.5k race on Sunday, February 12, 2023? The race will start at 11am and take place on quiet country roads near Kirkintilloch. This challenging course, which some runners consider hilly, is open to runners of all abilities, though we recommend having completed a 10k race beforehand. The race starts and finishes at Gartconner Primary School and the route will be clearly marked.

You can pick up your race number and use the available facilities (including portable toilets, but no showers) at the school starting at 9:30am. Please note that we don’t have access to the school itself.
Registration fees are £10 for SAL Registered runners and £12 for everyone else. Keep in mind that registration on the day of the race is not allowed. The race is limited to 450 runners, so be sure to register early.
Awards, including cash prizes and vouchers, will be given to the first, second, and third place male and female runners, as well as age group winners. These will be mailed to you after the event. Results will be posted on the club website, the race Facebook page, and the SAL/Power of 10 websites.
This is an accurately measured course and is a SA Licensed event held under UKA rules. We hope to see you there!
